Fill the bathtub with warm water before adding the bath salts. Ensure that the water temperature is comfortable.

Use your hands or an object to stir and disperse the bath salts in the water. Ensure that the bath salts dissolve completely.

Step into the bath and relax in the water enriched with bath salts. You can stay in the tub for 15-20 minutes or as long as you feel comfortable.

After soaking, rinse yourself with clean water to remove the bath salts from your skin. Make sure to completely rinse off the bath salts to avoid any dryness or irritation.

After the bath, apply a moisturizing lotion to your skin to maintain hydration and close your pores. This can help keep your skin soft and smooth.
