Moisten the toothbrush with warm water to prepare it before applying the toothpaste.
Place an adequate amount of remineralizing toothpaste on the toothbrush for effective cleaning, and add a very small amount of regular toothpaste (about the size of a pea) to facilitate foaming.
Use the toothbrush with up and down movements (for the upper arch) and down and up movements (for the lower arch) to clean the teeth and gums. Ensure that you brush all tooth surfaces, including the front, top, and back. Brush for at least 2 minutes to ensure thorough cleaning.
After brushing, rinse your mouth thoroughly with warm water to remove the toothpaste. Make sure you have rinsed your entire oral cavity, including the gums and tongue.
After rinsing, clean the toothbrush and let it air dry in a clean toothbrush holder.
