This natural sponge was harvested from the Mediterranean Sea, carefully, in order to allow natural regeneration and it can be used as a personal care product during the bath/shower and for skin cleansing.

Its main component, called spongin (building the sponge skeleton), has a very fine, elastic structure and is delicately exfoliating the skin every time is used, cleaning it deeply.

In order to preserve the lifespan of the sponge, it must be rinsed with warm water (maximum 50°C) after each use, it must be well squeezed and left to dry in a well ventilated space, outside the shower cabin. It can be cleaned deeper weekly, by immersing it in warm water, where a full spoon of sodium bicarbonate or disinfecting solution is dissolved.

It is a non-allergenic product, obtained from a regenerating resource, it is not treated and only purified through physical processes. It can be used for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
