CINNAMON, pure essential oil (cinnamomum zeylanicum oil)

It promotes the health of the immune system, the oral health, it improves muscle and joint pains. It stimulates blood circulation when massaged on the skin, diluted in a light vegetal oil (2-3 drops of cinnamon essential oil in 100 ml of almond, apricot kernel, grape oil, etc.) or it can be used for relaxing cold, tired legs (by bathing them in a mix of 5 drops of essential oil, 50 g of Epsom salt and 5 liters of lukewarm water).

Emotionally, it is correlated to the safety and balance feelings, and it brings real benefits to persons with low self-esteem, being useful in recovery process after various emotional trauma.

Complementary oils: frankincense, orange, clove, black pepper, bergamot, ginger.  

Important information for the safe use of the product:

• the essential oil is a product which should not be used as such on the skin, but only diluted in a vegetal oil or butter or as an ingredient in various cosmetic or aromatherapy preparations.
• make a test before using the product, in the bend of the elbow, at least 24 hours before use;
• avoid the use by hypertensive persons, pregnant or breast-feeding women;
• the usual dosage in cosmetic preparations is of 0.5-2%.
• stored it well closed and keep away from children.
• do not swallow. If swallowed by mistake, rinse well the mouth with milk and drink a large glass of milk. Seek immediate medical help.
• do not apply it in the eyes or the nose. If it touches the eyes or a mucous membrane, rinse well with sufficient milk and seek medical help.
• if after applying on the skin a product containing essential oil irritations/itching/discomfort appear, immediately apply a vegetable oil on the area in order to dilute the concentration of essential oil.
