Product return policy

The Sabio Cosmetics customer, hereinafter referred to as the “consumer”, has the right to renounce the products purchased, without having to justify the decision and without bearing costs other than those provided by Art. 13 paragraph (3) and Art.14 G.E.O. No. 34/2014, within 14 days as of the physical receipt of the products. According to the legislation in force, renouncing the purchase is applicable only to natural person customers.

The consumer must verify the order received and notify Sabio Cosmetics if he/ she have found differences, errors or non-compliances (withdrawal period). Products returned on quality grounds will be evaluated by Sabio Cosmetics based on internal procedures and if quality problems are not found, their value will not be refunded.

Only the products purchased from the website www.sabiocosmetics.ro and not in compliance with the specifications on this site at the time of purchase or products sent incorrectly by Sabio Cosmetics can be returned. The returned products must be in the same status in which they were delivered, in the original packaging, with all the accessories, with the labels intact and the documents that accompanied them, packed properly for the protection during the transport. No used products or incomplete sets will be returned.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform Sabio Cosmetics before the expiry of the withdrawal period, about the decision to withdraw from the contract, using the Return Form (as a model), which can be downloaded HERE or which can be requested by email or by phone at 0316.20.40.30. If you cannot fill in the form, it can also be filled in by a Sabio operator, who will ask for your data by phone. The missing data in this form may lead to the impossibility of reimbursing the value of the products. It is not mandatory to use this Return Form, but we need you to provide us with all the data that it contains.

You must send the Return form first by e-mail to conciliere@sabiocosmetics.ro and then, together with the returned products, to the address Șos.București-Ploiești, no.180K, sector 1, Bucharest, Romania.

Returning the products to Sabio Cosmetics will be done by the same method of transport by which it delivered the products to the consumer, or by another method chosen in agreement with Sabio Cosmetics. Products that have physical changes (damaged, unpacked, broken seals, etc.) that cannot be resold cannot be returned.

Sabio Cosmetics will reimburse the consumer for the value of the returned products within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the returned products, including the costs of delivery, if he/ she returns the entire order and exclusively the cost of the delivery if he/ she returns only part of the order. The reimbursement date can be postponed until Sabio Cosmetics receives the products back or until it has received proof from the consumer that he/ she has sent the products back, the closest date being valid.

The value of the products shall be reimbursed to the consumer, by return to the account from which the payment was made.

Te anunțăm că acceptăm, prelucrăm și trimitem comenzi, chiar și în această perioadă, fără restricții sau limitări în nicio zonă geografică din interiorul și/sau exteriorul granițelor. 

Acționăm cu maximă responsabilitate și în strânsă colaborare cu autoritățile competente, respectând toate normele de igienă și prevenție instituite de acestea. 

Am implementat un set de măsuri pentru a evita orice risc de contaminare  cu COVID-19, respectiv:  informăm permanent angajații noștri despre măsurile pe care trebuie să le ia pentru a se proteja pe ei și pe toți cei din jurul lor, am pus la dispoziția angajaților dezinfectant, măști de protecție și mănuși de unică folosință, monitorizăm permanent starea de sănătate a angajaților noștri și, din fericire, nu am înregistrat nici o absență medicală a angajaților noștri, cauzată de suspiciunea infectării cu COVID-19. 

Pentru că numai împreună putem depăși această perioadă dificilă, îți recomandăm să efectuezi plata cu cardul la plasarea comenzii online, astfel încât interacțiunea fizică cu livratorul și expunerea la infectarea cu Covid 19 să fie cât mai reduse. Sigur că poți plăti comanda în numerar, ca și până acum, însă dacă ai posibilitatea de efectua plata cu cardul, ar fi mai bine să alegi această variantă!
